These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the basis on which Asten House (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides interior design services to clients. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

SERVICES

We provide interior design services as agreed with you in writing (email or contract). The scope of services, timelines, and fees will be set out in your proposal or agreement with us. Any changes to scope or additional work will be agreed in advance.

Fees & Payment

Fees are as outlined in your proposal or agreement. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, and documents created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. You may not reproduce or share our materials for commercial purposes without our consent.

LIABILITY

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for issues outside our control, including delays caused by contractors, suppliers, or third parties. Our liability is limited to the value of the fees paid for our services.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
